The home is full of comforts: clear cypress ceilings with white beams, a kitchen island with rich mahogany cabinetry and granite counters, imported Italian tile and marble showers, and a sparkling 10×20 pool with spacious decks for sunning or relaxing in the shade.
Each bedroom sits in its own separate structure for total privacy, with air conditioning, a king-size bed, and a covered deck looking out over Coral Bay and the Bordeaux Mountain valley from 800 feet up. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each also have a queen Serta sleeper sofa, so the villa can flex for a couple of extra guests.
