Sun & Sea Properties is a small villa collection on St. John, owned and operated by people who actually live here. Every home in our portfolio is one we’d happily send our own family to.

We don’t manage hundreds of properties. We manage a handful, well. That means honest descriptions, quick responses, and the kind of local knowledge you can only earn by being here year-round.

Sun & Sea Properties is owned by Keleigh Rees — the Managing Broker with Islandia | Christie’s International Real Estate who fell in love with St. John on childhood visits and made it home in 2017. She looks after every booking personally, for homeowners and guests alike.
