Brand new, modern, and waterfront, Casa Xubi is a stunning six-bedroom luxury estate set inside the gated community of Ditleff Point, with access to the private Ditleff beach. Spanning roughly 15,000 square feet, the home holds six en-suite bedrooms and nine bathrooms, an elevator, a large pool and a separate lap pool, and a rooftop garden crowned by a jacuzzi that seats seven and faces the National Park.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary Brazilian-modernist design frame 270-degree ocean views throughout. The private beach doubles as a turtle nesting sanctuary, and the home is built for self-sufficiency with generator and solar backup, an outdoor shower, and full security.
It’s an estate made for unforgettable gatherings in absolute privacy and comfort, sleeping twelve comfortably — and up to twenty-six for an additional fee for any guests over twelve.
